I LOVE MY CLOSET!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Danielle was such a joy to work with. She was patient and professional, yet so friendly. As you can see from the pics, the space she had to design in was very challenging but she came up with several great solutions. She was incredibly thorough; measuring the lengths of my clothes to ensure that there would be enough height, counting the amount of shoes I had, etc.

The very next day, she had three beautiful design options for me to choose from. She presented 3D renderings with every detail that she even sent over to me to review afterwards. I loved that I was able to spend some time and dive into all of the details by myself before making any decisions. She wasn't pushy either, which I appreciated.

I am absolutely blown away by the final results! And their crew members were professional and cleaned up well after themselves.

Highly recommend! Jay helped me design my mudroom entry in a small odd space. It's not a room, it's a wall. CJ installed a few weeks later. They were both great! Answered all my questions and concerns. Jay tweaked the design and gave me estimates of any changes I was considering. Jay did a great job with the install. He even cleaned up the install and the entire area around. Will definitely go back to Jay for my next project!

After years of dealing with a pantry that consisted of wire ventilated shelving, we finally decided to get a custom pantry with solid wood shelves. Debbie D. worked with us to design an outstanding solution! We now have lots more items in the pantry; everything is off the floor and there is still leftover space. At this point, I've had 4 closets and a pantry designed and installed by Artisan Closets, and I can say with confidence that they are the best in the Atlanta market. They offer a quality product, knowledgable staff, better lead times, and competitive pricing. They are locally-owned, and their products are fabricated here in Georgia, so they are able to provide a much more personalized level of service. On my most recent project, I had a small issue stemming from a misunderstanding of the design. Chris Funderburk, their dedicated customer service representative, did not hesitate to make it right.
