I have wanted to do a closet system and a few years now. I finally pulled a plug. After several quotes, I settled on Artisan Custom Closets. It was a great experience. My designer, Samantha, was so professional, helpful and thoughtful. She helped me design our his and hers closets and my laundry room. She thought of things that I didn't consider adding! Husband love his closet and I love, love, mine! It's beautiful and functional. I hated those racks.

The design process was seamless and I loved that she provided 3D images the day after the consultation. Also, Samantha answered all my follow up questions before and even after signing the contract. They were reasonable in price and by Nicole and

The install took a full day (3 spaces). My installers, Andrew and Sergio, were awesome, worked quietly and efficiently. They did an amazing job bringing the images to life and cleaning the spaces after the install.

I needed to make one small adjustment after the install. Samantha submitted the ticket and they took care of it with no issues.

After interviewing several companies to design my glam closet (converting bedroom to a closet) I decided to go with Artisan after Lauren came to my home. Out of several others, she was the only consultant to show up with actual wood samples and a professional presentation. And when Lauren invited us to the show room to reveal her design we were absolutely sold. We looked no further! Her design was within budget and there was transparent pricing when it came to adding additional items to the design. Artisan is the most professional and friendliest company that you will find in Atlanta. We are already working on our next projects that we will only use Artisan and Lauren for!

I LOVE MY CLOSET!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Danielle was such a joy to work with. She was patient and professional, yet so friendly. As you can see from the pics, the space she had to design in was very challenging but she came up with several great solutions. She was incredibly thorough; measuring the lengths of my clothes to ensure that there would be enough height, counting the amount of shoes I had, etc.

The very next day, she had three beautiful design options for me to choose from. She presented 3D renderings with every detail that she even sent over to me to review afterwards. I loved that I was able to spend some time and dive into all of the details by myself before making any decisions. She wasn't pushy either, which I appreciated.

I am absolutely blown away by the final results! And their crew members were professional and cleaned up well after themselves.

I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
